We are looking for an eager Customer Success Manager who is used to wearing multiple hats and comfortable shoes.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Development Team to ensure delivery of a first class customer experience. Providing value is the name of the game. Rockstars need only apply.
A Day In the Life of a SceneDoc CSM
- Answering customer support inquiries
- Bringing new customers through their onboarding journey
- Monitoring adoption to ensure stickiness
- Hosting webinars and virtual on-site training sessions
- Hanging out with the Dev Team and Marketing to discuss the latest and greatest features
- Participating in roadmap assembly
- Ensuring our LMS, Knowledge Base, and resource videos are up to date
- Customer Renewals
You need to have:
- Customer support experience. We support our customers, not service them. You need to know the difference.
- Empathy – lots of it
- A legitimate passion for making and keeping people happy
- Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills – think octopus
- The ability to work well under pressure with tight timelines and little supervision
- A love for technology and mobile products
- A tolerance for fidget spinners and the occasional Nerf gun war. We operate with a “work hard, play hard” mentality
